Domestic and international copyright and trademark laws protect the entire contents of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, video, software, and any generated healing content. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any materials from the Platform without prior written consent, except for limited printing or downloading for personal, non-commercial use only. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and branding elements associated with MyYangu and Energetic Solutions, Inc. are exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

By submitting any content to the Platform — including voice recordings, text entries, journal entries, and session data — you grant Energetic Solutions, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform's services. You retain ownership of your original content. We will not sell or share your personal voice recordings or journal entries with third parties for marketing purposes.

You agree not to: • Transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation • Register accounts under false identities or on behalf of others without authorization • Post or transmit unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Platform without permission • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations

MyYangu is a wellness and personal development tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Platform uses AI-powered voice analysis, sound therapy, and guided practices for general wellness purposes only. No content provided through MyYangu should be interpreted as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or experienced on this Platform. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the Platform. You must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy or completeness of such content.

Certain features of MyYangu require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• No refunds are issued after services have commenced or digital content has been delivered • Full refunds are available if written cancellation is received within three (3) days of payment • Monthly or yearly subscription services require ten (10) days' written notice before the next billing cycle to cancel • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team

The Platform and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Energetic Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the Platform. In no event shall the company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. The company does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MyYangu, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including voice recordings and session data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
